Job summary

Kirinari Aged Care is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to support older Australians in maintaining independence and quality of life at home. You will provide personal care, meal prep, domestic assistance and social support, building lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
• Current Driver Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR and National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker Check.

Responsibilities

• Support older Australians to maintain independence and quality of life at home.
• Provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation.
• Assist with transport to appointments, shopping and errands.
• Support community participation and social connections.
• Work in clients' homes and communities to help achieve meaningful goals.
