Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking carers at ANZAC Village, Narrabeen, NSW. This casual/part-time role focuses on providing personal care and support to veterans and seniors in a respectful, person-centred manner.

You will work with our care teams to follow care plans, promote independence, and engage residents in activities while contributing to risk management and quality improvements. Australian Working Rights and checks are required.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in individual support or related work experience are beneficial.
• Australian Working Rights
• Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check required before starting

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Follow resident care plans to deliver quality, timely care.
• Encourage wellbeing and independence by supporting activities of interest.
• Embed a person-centred approach to recognise each resident's goals and preferences.
• Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Build strong, productive relationships with the care team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
