Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring team members to support residents across our aged care homes. You will assist with daily living, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-nourished, while collaborating with the care team to manage more demanding needs.

You’ll help keep residents active, monitor health needs, and provide companionship, respecting privacy and dignity at all times. A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care is required, with prior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated desire to make a difference in residents' lives.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Encourage activity and engagement to keep residents mentally and physically active.
• Monitor and support residents' health needs, including treatments as directed.
• Provide companionship and build trusting relationships with residents.
