Job summary

Estia Health Cleveland is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living and care needs in a modern aged care home with bay views. Morning, afternoon and night shifts offer flexible options to fit your lifestyle, with ongoing leadership support, training, and opportunities for career development.

As part of a large, nationwide aged care provider, you will help residents with daily tasks, health monitoring, and activities while upholding privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected
