Catholic Healthcare – St Bede's Hurstville seeks Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Hurstville, NSW. You will help residents with personal care and daily activities across morning, afternoon and night shifts.

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team at St Bede's Hurstville. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home-like environment you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
• Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
• Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised
• Providing high quality service to families and the community

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
• A reliable team player
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
