Job summary

Rokon Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Compactor Operator to join our team on projects across the city. You will report to the Site Supervisor and assist with pre-starts, inspections, and coordinating plant movements on site.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience operating a compactor, a current driver’s licence, and a white card. You must be safety-focused and able to work as part of a team, with flexibility to move across sites.

Responsibilities

About The Opportunity

• Conduct pre-starts and routine plant inspections.
• Work closely with other operators to maintain efficient production movement on site.
• Prepare and position plant for operation.
• Working around excavators, dozers and other plant.
• Follow and ensure safe operating procedures at all times.

About you

To Be Considered, You Need To Demonstrate The Following
