Job summary

Lumia Care is seeking Community Support Workers to assist elderly clients in their own homes in the Illawarra region. You will help with social engagement, personal care, and daily tasks to promote safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Caring, empathetic and reliable individuals required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in aged care, disability, or community support is preferred.
• Current checks or willingness to obtain: First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC

• Provide social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement for clients.
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with domestic tasks to support independence.
