Job summary

UGL Pty Limited, as part of the HumeLink West JV, is seeking a seasoned Community Advisor to support community engagement across the project area. You will manage internal and external communications for the initiative and help foster constructive relationships with stakeholders.

Based in Snowy Valleys, NSW for the duration, the role may involve relocation or FIFO for the right candidate. Strong writing and liaison skills are essential, with previous large infrastructure experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience on large infrastructure projects in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to prepare varied internal/external communications.
• Organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive, proactive approach.
• Current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder contact programs to build trust.
• Develop and implement complaints handling procedures with action plans.
• Understand and implement contractual community/stakeholder requirements.
• Consult with Project Team to identify community concerns and priorities.
