UGL Pty Limited in NSW seeks a Community & Stakeholder Advisor for the HumeLink West project in Snowy Valleys. You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage communications, and help implement complaints handling and contractual requirements with the project team.

Experience on large infrastructure projects, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse communities are essential. Relocation or FIFO may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience on large infrastructure projects in a similar role.
• Good communication skills including dealing with members of the public.
• Good writing skills to prepare a wide variety of communication materials.
• Developed organisation skills.
• Effective time management.
• Problem solving and conflict management abilities.
• Team player with positive, confident approach to working with people.
• Current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) and medical assessment may be required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a regular program of stakeholder contacts/liaison meetings to build trust and reliability.
• Develop and implement a systematic and user friendly complaints handling procedure with action plans and monitoring.
• Understand and implement contractual requirements in relation to the community and stakeholders.
• Consult with the Project Team to identify and anticipate community concerns and priorities.
