Healthcarelink Support is seeking Speech Pathologists to join their multidisciplinary team in South Brisbane, offering full-time, part-time or contractor opportunities in a community-based NDIS setting.

You will provide high-quality assessment, intervention and tailored support across a diverse caseload from infants to seniors, with a ramp-up program and ongoing supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration, participant-centered care, and professional development within a supportive organisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred
• Suitable for clinicians from Junior through to Senior level
• Current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience or interest in working within the NDIS/community setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A participant-centred approach with a genuine commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Current Australian working rights
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant’s goals and needs.
• Gradually build your caseload through a structured ramp-up program while maintaining a manageable workload.
• Work with a diverse NDIS/community caseload from infants to seniors.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary allied health team and participate in supervision and mentoring.
