The New Grad Program

Our Client has developed & specifically tailored a “New Graduate Program” to make the transition smoother for new graduates entering the workplace. Spanning over 12 months & starting from the moment you step through our doors.

All new graduates are allocated a clinical lead who will be a mentor for the entirety of their program.
