Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program in Melbourne's Burwood East or Croydon. You will deliver evidence-based therapy in community settings and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support participants with disability.

You’ll receive comprehensive induction, 1:1 clinical supervision, structured learning, and ongoing professional development, with attractive salary packaging and vehicle options.

Qualifications

• Recent Speech Pathology degree and SPA registration (current or pending).
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, workplaces and communities.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions.

Job title - Graduate Speech Pathologist

Location - Burwood East or Croydon

Employment Type - Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary - $77,200 - $80,104 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – Valued at up to $32,600

Professional Development – PD allowance negotiable
