Job summary

Wow Recruitment is seeking Community Sales Representatives to join our Brisbane-based team. The role involves door knocking in designated communities, talking to homeowners about services, and generating quality leads with inspections booked.

You will receive full onboarding, training, and ongoing support, with an uncapped commission structure and strong earning potential. Travel across Queensland and Northern NSW is required; accommodation is provided when working away.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Work towards daily activity and lead generation targets.
• Travel to regional and metropolitan locations when required.
