Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care in community settings across Queensland. You will assess, plan, and implement client care, create and update care plans, and ensure clinical quality while working with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work - Essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical quality and compliance standards are met.
