Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland’s BlueCare Community Care unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred home-based care across Rockhampton and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan and implement care, maintain high clinical standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while spending most days visiting clients in the community.

The role requires full AHPRA registration, Australian driver’s licence, and the ability to manage time effectively, with a focus on autonomous work in

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements (Essential)
• General nursing experience post-registration
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) (Essential)
• Vehicle to use for work, roadworthy and insured (Essential)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
