Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care in Mackay and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan and implement client care, ensuring safety and quality while visiting clients across the region.

The role requires full AHPRA registration, a current driver’s license, and the ability to work autonomously. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care with travel between client sites.

Qualifications

• General nursing experience required.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
• Create and update care plans to reflect changing needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and visit clients in the community.
