Job summary

BlueCare in Queensland seeks a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care across Dakabin, Griffin and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan and deliver care on the road, maintaining safety and clinical standards.

You must hold AHPRA registration, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work autonomously. Casual role with hourly pay of $45.29–$57.06, with benefits and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - Essential
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
• Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work - Essential
• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
