Job summary

MidCoast Council in NSW is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator for a 2 year fixed term to help the community recover, reconnect and build resilience after the 2025 flood disaster on the Barrington Coast. You will coordinate recovery projects from planning through to delivery, manage the Community Flood Recovery and Resilience Grants Program and support budgets and reporting.

• Experience in community development, recovery or resilience with a track record in coordinating projects.
• Ability to administer grants and budgets while meeting deadlines.
• Strong listening, trust-building and relationship management skills with diverse stakeholders.
