One that every single one of us wears on our sleeves, every single day. We’re much more than a world‑class sporting organisation and the biggest sports brand in Australia, we’re a team.

Pride, performance, people and joy are at the heart of everything we do and that’s why things are done differently here, it’s how we inspire and excite. Whatever field of work we’re in, we always leave it all out there.

  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, contractors, volunteers and travel bookings.
  • Obtain supplier quotes, track expenditure and coordinate invoices in line with internal approval processes.
  • Maintain timely and accurate event documentation and records, including run sheets, presentations, attendee information, consent forms, and medical and dietary requirements
  • Contribute to post‑event reviews and identify improvements for future events.
  • Support the development and implementation of event risk assessments, student safeguarding procedures and consent requirements, maintaining accurate and confidential participant information
  • Build positive and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, families, schools, communities and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate partner and sponsor requirements and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support successful event delivery.
  • Provide hands‑on support across event set‑up, on‑the‑day coordination and pack‑down.
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail, adaptability and proactive follow‑through.
  • Provide broader support to the Community Programs team as required.

  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and task prioritisation, with a demonstrated ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong administrative capability, including maintaining accurate participant documentation, records and event information.
  • Availability to undertake regional and interstate travel, including overnight camps, and work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
