Job summary

The Brisbane Broncos are seeking an enthusiastic Community Programs Events Coordinator to create and deliver safe, inclusive experiences for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students across community initiatives. You will support planning, coordinate logistics, manage documentation, and contribute to reviews to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event planning and execution.
• Commitment to culturally respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Ability to travel regionally and interstate as required.
• Proficiency with event documentation and records management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events calendar with end-to-end ownership.
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, contractors, volunteers and travel bookings.
• Obtain supplier quotes, track expenditure and coordinate invoices.
• Maintain run sheets, attendee information, consent forms and health requirements.
• Contribute to post-event reviews and identify improvements.
• Support risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
• Build relationships with students, families, schools and communities.
