Job summary

Jewish Care Victoria is seeking a Social Support Group Coordinator to manage the social support group program across the Active Living Centres. The role involves building rosters, scheduling sessions and transport, staffing the front desk and handling enquiries from first contact to first session.

The coordinator works with allied health colleagues to keep the centres welcoming and vibrant, reporting to the Program Lead who oversees operations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Builds the roster and schedules every session, outing and transport trip in AlayaCare.
• Staffs the front desk and phones.
• Takes new participants from first enquiry through to their first session.
• Supports front-of-house and venue operations at Active Living Centres.
• Reports to the Program Lead who is accountable for operations and provides support as needed.
