Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience in community and aged care settings preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess caseloads including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and orthopaedic conditions.
• Assess mobility and ADLs and prescribe mobility aids.
• Develop and review individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Liaise with clients and funding organisations; report preparation when required.
• Coordinate with families and other stakeholders; ensure punctual appointments.
