Valens Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Physiotherapist for a Full Time Community role based in Toowoomba, servicing the Toowoomba region and surrounding communities. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy in client homes and community settings, supporting independence and functional mobility.

New graduates are welcome. The role offers mentoring, flexible hours, and a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on quality client care and sustainable workloads in South East Queensland.

Formación

• Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Current Australian working rights.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Professional indemnity insurance.
• National Police Check.
• COVID-19 vaccination evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Musculoskeletal, neurological and mobility assessments.
• Functional assessments and rehabilitation planning.
• Falls prevention and balance training.
• Exercise prescription and individualised rehabilitation programs.
• Mobility assessments and prescription of mobility aids.
• Pain management and functional restoration.
• Respiratory and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy where appropriate.
• Report writing and clinical documentation.
• Liaising with families, support coordinators, GPs and other healthcare professionals.
