Valens Care Pty Ltd in Canberra is recruiting Physiotherapists for community roles across Queanbeyan, Goulburn and Batemans Bay. Casual, permanent part-time and permanent full-time positions are available with flexible hours.

You will assess musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and orthopaedic caseloads, assess mobility and ADLs, and develop client-centred, evidence-based treatment plans.

New graduates are welcomed; Full AHPRA registration and a current driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• Clinical and mobility assessment across caseloads.
• Prescribe mobility aids and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with clients and families.

Job Description

Demonstrate Valens Care core values

Assessment of a variety of caseloads including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, orthopaedic and systematic functions as required for clients with various conditions

Assessment of mobility and ADLs and prescription of mobility and functional aids

Prescription of individualised, client-centred and evidence-based treatment plans and programs to enable clients to achieve their health and lifestyle goals

Regular review of client treatment plans and goals.

Liaise with the clients and the funding organisation to discuss assessed needs promptly including report preparation where required

Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriate

Punctuality with all scheduled appointments
