Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. in Sydney is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our flexible contractor network. You will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to NDIS and Aged Care clients in home and community settings, building ongoing relationships within a local catchment.

This role offers flexible work packages, autonomy to manage your caseload, clinical support from senior allied health leaders, and opportunities to grow with our expanding services across Australia.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience with NDIS and/or Aged Care clients.
• Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation, pain management, mobility assessment, and assistive technology prescription.
• Client-centred approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services to NDIS and Aged Care clients with physical, neurological, and developmental disabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive movement and mobility assessments.
• Complete manual handling assessments and prescribe assistive technology including walking and mobility aids.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, pain management and goal-focused rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain effective communication with other allied health professionals.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and community settings, supporting continuity of care with an ongoing caseload.
