Job summary

Best Home Therapy is seeking a motivated Community Physiotherapist to deliver in-home care in Boronia and surrounds. This contract role is 3 days a week, offering autonomy to set your own schedule while benefiting from admin support, referrals, onboarding and ongoing clinical collaboration.

You’ll be AHPRA-registered with ABN, based locally, and comfortable working independently in the community. Experience with older adults, Support at Home and NDIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with ABN.
• Based in Boronia or surrounds with a car and license.
• Confident working independently in the community.
• Experience with older adults, Support at Home and NDIS preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Treatment – Provide individualised physiotherapy plans.
• Hands-On Care – Support mobility, strength, pain management, and falls prevention.
• Client & Family Education – Empower people to manage health at home.
• Collaboration – Liaise with OTs, support coordinators, GPs, and case managers.
• Documentation – Maintain timely and clear clinical notes and reports.

Your Role

As a contractor with Best Home Therapy, you’ll visit clients in their homes to provide personalised, one-on-one care. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your schedule, while our admin team supports you with referrals, onboarding, and ongoing clinical collaboration.
