Job summary

Vitalis Health in New South Wales seeks an experienced Casual Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering home-based assessments, treatment and rehabilitation across the Greater Sydney region. You will support NDIS participants and older clients, travel to homes, develop individualised rehabilitation programs and work autonomously while staying connected to our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration.
• Experience with community/home-based physiotherapy.
• Experience with NDIS participants and aged care clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes.
• Develop and deliver individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide Rehabilitation in the Home following illness, injury, surgery or hospitalisation.
• Support clients to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing and allied health team; document progress and outcomes.
