Vitality Club is seeking a Physiotherapist to work in the community, visiting clients in their homes across Sydney. This full-time role focuses on helping older people move better, stay independent, and reduce falls risk, outside of clinic settings.
You’ll collaborate with Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Case Managers to deliver practical, personalised care that aligns with client goals. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Vitality Club is an industry-leading aged care provider. At Vitality Club, we don’t just deliver care. We help people rebuild their strength, confidence, and independence through movement.
We’re known as a friendly face in care, but behind that is a team that genuinely shows up for our clients and for each other. We started as a community walking group and have grown into a multidisciplinary team supporting older Australians across Sydney, the Central Coast, and Melbourne.
With the rollout of the new Support at Home program, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and change and we’re looking for clinicians who want to be part of it.

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who wants to do meaningful, real-world work in the community.
This is not a clinic-based, repetitive role. You’ll be out in the community, working with clients in their homes and helping them move better, feel stronger, and stay independent for longer.
You might be supporting someone recovering after surgery, helping reduce falls risk, improving mobility and pain management, or assisting a client to regain confidence after a period of physical decline. Maybe your client will achieve their lifetime goal of enclosed skydiving because of your collaborative work (yes this really happened!).
You’ll work closely with Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Case Managers to deliver care that is practical, personalised, and aligned with what actually matters to the client.
Structured support: You’ll have a strong induction, mentoring, and ongoing support but also the autonomy to work in your own style.
Real flexibility: You’ll manage your own schedule and balance your time between client visits and admin.
Variety & impact: No two days are the same. You’ll work across falls prevention, post-hospital recovery, mobility, pain management, and more.
Grow fast if you want to: We promote from within and back our people when they step up.
Culture that connects: Remote-first but genuinely social—annual retreat, Christmas party, and quarterly events (paint & sip, bowling, even trampolining!).
Competitive package: Salary + travel allowance + professional development support.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in aged care is a bonus but mindset matters more.
This is a place where you’ll build real clinical skills, not just tick boxes.
We care about doing good work, supporting each other, and creating services that genuinely improve people’s lives. We balance strong clinical care with real-world efficiency — because sustainability matters for both our clients and our team.
We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in all its forms.
