Job summary

Complete Health Group is seeking a Casual Physiotherapist for home-based rehabilitation across Central Sydney, with progression to permanency for the right candidate. You will work with clients in their homes, delivering neuro/respiratory rehab and independent clinic-style care within a supportive team.

You’ll join a growth-focused organization offering extensive 1:1 training, management access, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have AHPRA registration and CPR certification.
• Indemnity insurance required (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle with hands-free.
• National Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening Check current.
• Permanent resident or Australian citizen status.
• Minimum 3 years physiotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services in clients' homes.
• Work independently within a supportive team.
• Build a caseload with flexibility and growing autonomy.

Work with the First Choice AHPs across Central Sydney

Due to continued growth, we are hiring to service our expanding client base. Our clients live in Sydney’s City/Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Western Suburbs. We also have a pocket of clients at Paramatta and the Sutherland Shire.

Your caseload will include providing rehab services to older clients with neurological or respiratory conditions and adults living independently with disabilities. This role requires a wide range of clinical skills and offers excellent flexibility. You would be working independently as part of a supportive team.

A minimum of 3 years Physiotherapy experience with previous exposure to neurological conditions is required. Previous exposure to Respiratory conditions will also be helpful for this role.

Our Success Profile- In 12 months time you will become:

An experienced Community Physiotherapist (if not already)

You will develop deep industry knowledge in Community Healthcare

You will be exposed to the IP that keeps referrals coming in for Complete Health Group

You will learn how to leverage your time and generate referrals through word of mouth and marketing

Essential Criteria

• Excellent people skills- you must be comfortable to rehab clients in their own home
• AHPRA registration
• Indemnity insurance with a minimum $10 million cover (or willing to obtain)
• Driving licence
• Your own vehicle with hands-free
• Current National Police Check / NDIS Workers Screen Check
• Recent CPR
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
• A sense of humor :D
• Minimum 3 years experience

Desirable Criteria (not essential)

• Previous hospital experience in neurology/respiratory units
• Previous Community Physio experience
