Job summary

Montefiore is seeking a Casual Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team, delivering home-based physiotherapy across Sydney’s Lower North Shore. You will travel between client homes and work closely with Aged Care, Home Care and NDIS professionals to support client outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have tertiary Physiotherapy qualifications, current AHPRA registration, and the ability to work autonomously with a mobile caseload.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience in community, aged care, NDIS or residential aged care settings is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to travel to client homes within the Lower North Shore area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Provide falls prevention, pain management and rehabilitation services.

Help at Home by Montefiore is a highly regarded Home Care and NDIS provider based in the leafy suburb of Double Bay. We support clients across Northern Sydney and continue to experience significant growth in our business.

As a result, we are seeking an experienced and passionateCasual Physiotherapist to join our dedicated Allied Health team. You will work alongside Allied Health Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Care Coordinators and experienced Aged Care and NDIS professionals in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment committed to delivering exceptional care and outcomes for our clients across Sydney - mainly the Lower North Shore area.

Although this opportunity will be on a casual basis, as the needs of the business continue to grow, there will be opportunity to transition to a full timepermanent position for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be based in Sydney's Lower North Shore or be willing to travel throughout the area. As this is a community-based position, you will be required to travel between client appointments, making access to a reliable vehicle and a current driver's license essential.

We are looking for a clinician who has experience working within the Aged Care, Community Care, Home Care or NDIS sectors and who is confident providing physiotherapy services independently in clients' homes. Experience in a similar community-based role will be highly regarded.
