Job summary

InOne Healthcare is seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Western Sydney. This in-home and aged care role offers variety, independence and meaningful patient outcomes.

You will work with clients in their homes and community settings, supported by admin and mentorship opportunities. Registration with AHPRA and a driver’s licence are required, with travel locally and access to development allowances.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally with a driver’s licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy in clients’ homes and community settings.
• Assess clients and develop personalised rehabilitation plans.
• Focus on falls prevention, mobility, pain management and strength training.
• Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy.
• Collaborate with clients, families, carers and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
