Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic to support clients in the community, helping maintain independence and improve quality of life. You will travel between Ormeau, Logan Reserve and surrounding areas, delivering in-home domestic assistance and daily activities with a compassionate approach.

The role involves visiting clients, performing housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and assisting with shopping and appointments.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and quality of life.
• Perform domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, laundry & ironing.
• Provide transportation assistance for shopping and appointments and visit clients as scheduled.
