St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join the Health Independence Programs Community Rehabilitation team in Melbourne. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred OT services across home and centre-based settings to help clients regain function and maximise independence.

You will bring a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration and at least four years of post-graduate experience in

• Minimum four years' post-graduate experience in rehabilitation.
• Experience in community-based settings.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Current Victorian driver's licence.
