Job summary

BlueCare in Brisbane is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care across New Farm, Hamilton, Kedron and surrounding areas. This permanent part-time position involves visiting clients at home, assessing needs and implementing care plans to improve quality of life.

You will spend most days on the road, working autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain clinical quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• General nursing experience post-registration.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Reliable vehicle for work (roadworthy and insured).
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Willingness to undergo probity checks as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs.
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
