Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care in Nambour and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan, and implement client care, working to improve quality of life while adhering to clinical standards and safe practice.

You will travel between visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and use your clinical skills to support clients. AHPRA registration, Australian driver's license, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Vehicle to use for work.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Satisfy probity checks required by legislation/policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members.
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
• Spend majority of your day on the road visiting clients in the community.
