Job summary

BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Registered Nurse for community care in Nambour and surrounding areas. You will deliver person-centred care, assess needs, and develop care plans, primarily during home visits, ensuring safety and quality across services.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
• Roadworthy vehicle to use for work (insured)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Willingness to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies
