Qualifications

• Experience in public mental health.
• Sound clinical judgement and risk assessment skills.

• Holds a Victorian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-oriented, person-centred care through assessment, care planning, intervention and coordination.
• Maintain timely documentation and monitor clinical risk.
• Apply Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 in daily practice.
• Engage with families, carers and multidisciplinary team.
• Support safety, wellbeing and community participation.
• Build therapeutic relationships and ensure accountable care coordination.
