Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with consumers with complex needs in public mental health settings.
• Sound knowledge of recovery‑oriented practice.
• Understanding of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced mental health assessment, formulation, treatment and risk management.
• Develop recovery‑focused care plans with consumers, families and carers.
• Coordinate care with internal teams, primary health providers and community services.
• Offer senior clinical advice and support for complex or high‑risk presentations.
• Mentor junior clinicians, students and less-experienced staff.
• Contribute to clinical reviews, meetings, governance and service improvement.
