St Louis Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team serving Adelaide and Victor Harbor. This role focuses on relationship-based, flexible, and rewarding community care.

You will manage a varied caseload across metropolitan and coastal areas, supporting older South Australians to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Join a supportive leadership team that values nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Full and current Driver’s Licence.
• National Police Clearance.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Annual influenza vaccination.

Responsabilités
