AnglicareSA in South Australia is looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community, helping older South Australians live safely and independently at home.

You will assess and coordinate care with families and care teams, manage a dynamic caseload, and apply wound management and palliative care skills while upholding strong governance and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in acute hospital and/or community setting.
• Strong experience in wound management; exposure to palliative or end-of-life care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to inform care planning.
• Manage escalated and complex cases including restorative and palliative care.
• Provide wound management expertise and clinical guidance to teams.
• Prioritise and manage a dynamic caseload in a community setting.
• Maintain high clinical governance through accurate documentation.
