Role: Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and homelike environment. To be successful in this role:

• Bring strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, particularly in managing chronic conditions, wound care, and palliative care.

• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgement and the ability to respond calmly in urgent or complex situations.

• Have well-developed documentation and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Show strong leadership and mentoring skills, supporting and guiding care staff in daily practice.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to build trust and achieve the best outcomes.

• Display a commitment to person-centred care, with genuine compassion and respect for residents’ dignity and independence.

• Understand and apply Aged Care Quality Standards, infection prevention principles, and WHS practices.

• Be adaptable, organised, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
