Job summary

Hearing Australia seeks a Community Hearing Advisor to support the Karrinyup and Wanneroo centres. You will drive client engagement by running promotional events, leveraging national campaigns, and conducting outbound calls to grow the client base.

You will build strong relationships with GP practices, pharmacies, retirement villages and community groups, organize hearing checks at events, and manage referrals across the territory to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Hold a current driver licence and own a reliable vehicle.
• Sales/marketing background in healthcare is highly desirable.
• Excellent people skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients by running successful events and leveraging national campaigns.
• Conduct outbound call campaigns and build relationships with stakeholders and referrers.
• Organise and lead promotional opportunities including hearing checks at screening events.
• Manage key referrers within the territory (GPs, pharmacies, retirement villages, community groups).

About the opportunity

As a Community Hearing Advisor, you will work alongside the Karrinyup and Wanneroo Hearing Centre and Sales teams. You’ll enjoy a variety of activities including attracting new clients to Hearing Australia through running successful events, leveraging national campaigns, conducting outbound call campaigns, and building strong relationships with stakeholders & referrers such as GP practices, retail pharmacies, retirement villages and community groups.

Community Hearing Advisors organise and lead promotional opportunities that include conductinghearing checks at screening events and proactively managing key stakeholders / referrers within their territory.

About you

We believe to be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a current driver licence and own a reliable vehicle
• Have a sales and marketing background in the healthcare industry (highly desirable but not essential)
• Be a Team Player as you will be working with many different teams throughout Hearing Australia
• Possess strong organisational and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
• Experience with planning events to exceed targets
• Demonstrate excellent people skills, a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with our clients and stakeholders
