Job summary

Capital Health Network is seeking a Services Relationship Manager, Community to drive delivery of commissioned community health services in Canberra. The role focuses on robust contract management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to improve health equity and outcomes for Canberrans.

You will lead the Community Commissioned Services Team, work with procurement and planning teams, and monitor performance against funding agreements while fostering person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Strong contract management experience and ability to monitor contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
