Wuchopperen Health Service Ltd is seeking an Administration Officer based in Cairns. The role provides efficient reception and administrative support to the organisation, reporting to the Coordinator, Medical Administration, with no supervisory responsibilities.

You will interact with health professionals and service providers, maintaining records and coordinating appointments, while upholding the organisation’s values and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support and managing reception duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information systems.
• Experience in community service settings preferred; ability to work with diverse communities.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient reception duties with professional telephony and prompt responses.
• Deliver courteous client service and represent the organisation positively.
• Maintain administrative, data and client record systems accurately.
• Provide support to program and corporate areas with clerical tasks.
• Keep informed about the organisation’s programs and services and booking systems.
• Contribute to safety and continuous improvement processes.
