Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a proactive Venue Manager for Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre in the Southern Highlands. You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee operations, finances and programs, and drive exceptional customer experiences within a community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to inspire others.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislation, evacuation and emergency procedures.
• Experience in pool operations or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in planning operational, financial and people plans.
