• Ensure the venue meets service, financial and stakeholder outcomes.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of visitors and team members through policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop teams to deliver on KPIs through development plans.
• Achieve budgeted net profit targets by managing expenses and revenue drivers.
• Maintain high-value relationships with the contract partner and community stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-value customer service proposition addressing client needs.
• Recruit and develop energetic team members to support the venue vision.
