Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Sydney is seeking a Community Specialist to deliver world-class guest experiences, share product education, and bring our local community to life through events and partnerships.

You will build relationships with ambassadors, studios and influential partners, execute our community strategy, Move Strategy, and support product seeding and in-store events while engaging with guests on the floor.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the store country.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest experience.
• Share product education with guests.
• Support in executing the store’s community strategy and Move Strategy.
• Develop and sustain relationships with Ambassadors and community partners.
• Coordinate participation in gym/class partnerships and events.
• Seeding products with community partners and Ambassadors.
• Provide feedback to leadership to enhance community initiatives.
