Descrição da oferta de emprego

Help us make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work!

Due to internal progression, we are seeking a proactive and organised Community Engagement Adviser to help deliver Monadelphous’ community investment, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.

Reporting to the Corporate Communications Lead and working as part of our Corporate Communications team, this is a varied, hands‑on role combining community engagement, program coordination, communications and events. You’ll work closely with our regional operations to understand local needs and opportunities, build relationships with community partners, coordinate grants and donations, and deliver initiatives that make a positive contribution to the communities where we operate.

You’ll also support employee engagement and inclusion initiatives across the business, coordinate events and develop engaging communications that share our stories and showcase the impact of our programs.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, practical and confident working with people. You’ll see what needs to be done, take ownership and follow it through, whether that’s coordinating a community partnership, bringing an event to life, developing communications or improving the way we manage a program.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

  • Career progression and development opportunities within the business
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Exposure to a diverse range of communities, operations and stakeholders
  • Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home
Key responsibilities

  • Employee engagement and inclusion: Support the delivery of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives that strengthen connection and bring our commitments to life across the business.
  • Communications and storytelling: Develop engaging content that shares community and employee stories, promotes initiatives and demonstrates program outcomes across internal and external channels.
  • Events and activations: Coordinate community and employee events and activations from planning through to delivery, working with internal stakeholders, community partners and suppliers.
  • Stakeholder relationships: Build positive, collaborative relationships with employees, operational teams, community organisations and other stakeholders across different locations.
  • Program coordination and reporting: Keep programs and activities organised and on track, maintaining accurate records, coordinating approvals and preparing updates and reports on activities and outcomes.
  • Continuous improvement: Look for practical ways to improve our programs and processes, bringing new ideas and a solutions‑focused approach to the team.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop clear, engaging content for different audiences and channels.
  • The confidence and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders across different roles, locations and levels of an organisation.
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs or events involving multiple stakeholders.
