My Supports in Casino, NSW is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our local Neighbourhood Team and provide person-centred, community-inclusive supports. You'll work with Team Leaders, respond to clients' needs, and maintain professional boundaries while building strong relationships.
Flexible shifts and above-award pay are provided. Experience with personal care is helpful; Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence preferred; comprehensive insurance and NDIA
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries.
- Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours is beneficial but not required.
- Permanent Australian Working Rights preferred.
- Australian Driver's Licence preferred.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Screening required.
