NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Mount Druitt NSW is seeking a Community Corrections Team Leader to provide professional support, mentoring and leadership to ensure a high standard of service delivery that aligns with legislation, policies and the organisation's values.

You will lead a team of Community Corrections Officers, developing staff capabilities, overseeing complex caseloads and working across community offices or parole units within a Correctional Centre environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a professional corrections or comparable environment.
• Ability to mentor staff and foster excellence in service delivery.
• Strong communication and feedback skills to support staff development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support a team of Community Corrections Officers with varied skill levels.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to develop staff and meet accountability standards.
• Oversee caseloads involving orders, including high-risk or complex cases, in community offices or parole units.
